As we grow, I put a lot of thought into who we are and what our mission is. I spend a lot of my time marketing and encouraging those who work with me, on how to work their social media. I have vast experience in this line of work. 
I love what I do and being able to encourage, guide, and train others to be able to do their business on social media as well.
Serving others is what I love to do. 
Not everyone has a leader that spends time one-on-one with them. I have found myself on previous teams feeling left out, and in some others, I have felt empowered. So, I know what it means to have guidance and then, not have it. 
I never want you to feel neglected or anything less but empowered strong women who serve others through ups and downs as they build their own business and mentor others to do the same.
I am continually accepting applications,  organizing what will be a beautiful business. 
Who I work with is made up of those who are not selfish but selfless in sharing advice and what they have learned and what can help everyone.
